CNPC Bohai Equipment Julong Steel Pipe Company, founded in April 2000, is composed of Julong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. --- a Sino-Foreign joint venture established with the investments of CNPC Bohai Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. and Japan Marubeni Itochu Steel Inc., as well as the mandatory Bohai Equipment Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., Bohai Equipment Coating Branch Company, Nanjing Julong Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd. and Bohai Cameron Flow Control Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. It is a large-scale oil & gas transmission equipment manufacturing enterprise which has the most powerful integrated strength in China and is specialized in the research & development,manufacturing and coating of the products such as high-standard large-diameter submergedarc longitudinal welded (SAWL) pipe for oil and natural gas transmission,hot induction bends and pipe fittings, pipeline ball valves, etc. Headquartered in Qing County of Hebei Province, and located at the Central Belt of Around-Bohai Sea Economic Circle, the Company enjoys extremely convenient waterway, land and air traffic and transportation conditions. The Company has three research & development and manufacturing bases in Qing County of Hebei Province, Nanjing of Jiangsu Province and Dagang of Tianjin. The Company owns internationally advanced and domestically leading 3 JCOE large-diameter SAWL pipe production lines, 4 hot induction bends production lines, 2 large pipe fittings production lines, 3 internal and external coating production lines of steel pipes, 4 internal and external coating operation lines of bends, and 1 medium and high pressure valve production line, forming the integration of SAWL pipe, bends and pipe fittings, pipeline valve industry chain.
