Advantaged Technology
CPPM is the first domestic specialized manufacturer of heater with complete technical means, equipment and personnel used for design, manufacture and commissioning, and can provide the package solution and "4S store" type service.
Heater technology and instrument control system are highly integrated to realize the commissioning of simulation joint debugging and the FAT test of the instrument control system in factory.
The thermal efficiency of heaters with high efficiency and energy saving can reach above 90%.

Using crude oil medium bypass technology expands the operating range of crude oil flow in furnace tubes, and improves the adaptive ability of heaters to the station technology.
Adopting the flue gas bypass adjusting technology solves the technical problems that the exhaust temperature is too low and dew point corrosion is serious when the heater runs at low temperature, and widens the operating range of the heater, and improves the thermal efficiency of the heater. The technological achievement of the heater flue gas bypass study of technology calculation and structure design won the second class prize of technical innovation from CPP in 2009.
Practical Application
CPPM successfully developed 2326 KW tubular heater in 1982. Now the market share of tubular heaters reaches more than 98% in the domestic long-distance pipeline, and most of the products have run stably and safely at a good condition for many years, such as 5000 KW tubular heaters for Daqing-Tieline line, 3x4000KW and 4x5000 KW tubular heaters for Changchun-Jilin pipeline, 7x5000KW tubular heaters for Daqing Linyuanoil transmission station, 3500 KW tubular heaters for Renqiu-Beijing pipeline, 4000 KW and 5000 KW tubular heaters for Ala mountain pass-Dushanzi oil transmission pipeline, 22 sets of 3150 KW, 4000 KW and 5000 KW tubular heaters for Shikong-Lanzhou line and Huianpu-Yinchuan line, and tubular heaters for Mhuining pipeline and Zhongyinpipeline.
