1.Pressure regulating skid
Pressure Regulating Skid is gas pressure regulating device used in long distance pipeline gas transmission station, city distribution station, and storage and distribution station, power plant fuel gas turbine gas supply station. Its industrial name is known as “Pressure Regulating train”, and its professional term is called "pressure control system".
Advantaged Technology
Axial-flow type pressure regulating valve is adopted and has the advantages of being high in flow capacity, excellent in closing performance and the like.
The pressure regulating accuracy is high as +/-1% and wide in regulating ratio.
Equal percentage (logarithmic characteristic)
A pilot valve filter is provided.
The characteristic of working pressure regulating valve is "failure then open”, and monitoring pressure regulating valve is "failure then close”.
System safety shut-off response time is less than one second.
System configuration includes automatically cutting off, valve position remote transmission, valve position indicating, pilot valve, electric heater and can achieve functions like limiting pressure, limiting flow and remote control, etc.
Functions of overflow cutoff and prepayment IC card interlocking can be achieved.
2.Ultrasonic Flow/ Turbine Flow Metering Skid
Ultrasonic Flow/Turbine Flow Metering Skid is a trade metering skid system as trading products transfer metering in long distance gas pipeline metering station, and it is the fuel gas metering system that integrates filtering (or filter part self operation system),metering, flow ratio comparison, online calibration, system emptying, leakage alarm, and automatic switching functions in one. This system has characteristics such as high accuracy of measurement system, good safety performance, high steady continuous measurement, strict explosion-proof requirements, etc.
