XF type cyclone separators are the key equipment of long-distance gas pipeline station for eliminating solid impurities and liquid drop of natural gas the pipeline transports to realize purification before gas enters the station and assure that compressor, flow meter, valve and instrument will not be damaged by impurities of high-velocity motion in the gas.

Advantaged Technology

Through the method of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation combined with experimental

validation, CPPM has established the pressure drop calculation formula of single-tube and multi

tube cyclone separators under the normal pressure and the calculation model of the pressure drop,

separation efficiency, separation precision of multi-tube cyclone separators under the high

pressure. CPPM has formed the design method system with independent intellectual property

rights natural gas separators only have.

CPPM can predict and analyze the technology performance of cyclone separators and filter separators, and optimize separation technology through fluid numerical simulation technology.

CPPM has developed many series of gas-liquid, gas-solid separation components with the sizes from DN50 to DN150 which have many structures such as double tangential inlet bipyramid, axial-flow type bipyramid, double inlet volute and multi tangential inlets. CPPM will choose different separation components on different working conditions to guarantee the best performance of the products.

CPPM has separation performance testing laboratory, and grasps the performance method of cyclone components and filter components testing. The cyclone components and filter components products have used have characteristic calibration.

Practical Application

GF type filter separators CPPM produced have been applied in domestic and overseas long distance natural gas pipeline projects. CPPM supplied all cyclone separators of west-east gas transmission pipeline Ⅱ west section, most of filter separators of central Asia finished pipeline, all cyclone separators and filter separators of Shanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline Ⅲ.
